Tyson Kozak Joins Kings

DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings have added centre Tyson Kozak (02) to their active roster going forward.

Kozak comes to the Kings from the WHL's Portland Winterhawks where last year he put up 29 points (13G, 16A) in 63 contests. It was announced Tuesday that Kozak has been named to the NHL Central Scouting "Players To Watch" List for the 2021 NHL Draft.

The Souris product was originally drafted in the 2nd round (13th overall) by the Dauphin Kings in the 2017 MJHL Draft.

Kozak stands at 5'11 and 161 pounds. In his final year with the Manitoba AAA U18 Hockey League's Southwest Cougars he put up 72 points (26G, 46A) in 40 contests.
