Ukrainian Night success

In front of the biggest crowd of the season on Ukrainian Night, the Dauphin Kings picked up two big points.

More than 2200 fans packed into the arena to watch the game as Dauphin skated off with a solid 5-2 victory as they are now tied for second place in the West Division.

Dmytro Kubrytskyi was excellent in net for Dauphin as he made his debut with the club and ended up making 28 saves in the win. He allowed a goal on OCN’s first shot of the night before making 28 straight saves to earn the victory.

Matthew Gough remained red-hot for Dauphin as he scored a pair of goals and he now has 19 on the season.

Jayden Harris, Nolan Wickham, and Alex Senf also scored for Dauphin in the game as the team won their 23rd game of the season.

Dauphin has now joined OCN and Swan Valley in second place and all three teams are just a pair of points behind Waywayseecappo for first place in the West. The two teams will play again on Sunday afternoon at 4:00 p.m.

Dauphin has now won three straight games.
