DAUPHIN, MB – The Dauphin Kings have signed two American forwards, adding to their depth on the offensive side of the puck.
The Kings have signed Rocky Copiskey (1997) and Jack Fahrendorf (1998) for the upcoming season.
Copiskey notched 36 points (14G, 22A) in 20 affairs with Bemidji High School last year. The Bemidji product stands at 5’10 and 170 lbs.
Fahrendorf, meanwhile, was also over a point per game pace. He picked up 26 points (13G, 13A) in 24 tilts with Moorhead High School. The Minnesota forward is 6’2 and 180 lbs.
The Kings would like to welcome Rocky, Jack and their families to Dauphin!
Kings USA Scout George Ross gives his comments below…
(Kings USA Scout)
“Jack Fahrendorf has a terrific set of hands, sees the ice well and has a nose for the net. Led his Moorhead High School team in goal scoring last year and should contribute right away for Dauphin.”
“Rocky Copiskey is a skilled playmaker who makes his linemates better and is fearless on the ice. Helped lead Bemidji High School to a berth in the prestigious Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament.”
The early bird deadline for Dauphin Kings season tickets for 2016-17 has passed.
