Round 4: Parkland vs Parkland

Down 4-2 entering the third period last Sunday, the Dauphin Kings put forth a great effort in the third period and ended up stealing two points away from Swan Valley in a 5-4 overtime win against their Parkland rivals.

Now on Friday, the two teams clash once again at Credit Union Place in a big West Division matchup. Dauphin enters the game just three points back of Swan Valley for first place in the West Division and they’re just one point behind Waywayseecappo for third.

The Kings have rebounded very nicely after a four-game losing streak as the team enters tonight riding strong with three straight wins. Swan Valley has won six of their last seven games and has points in 13 of their last 15.

Jakob Brook appears to have heated up for Dauphin as he scored twice on Sunday and he now has two goals and four assists in seven games with Dauphin.

Friday is Dauphin’s second last game before the Christmas break, they will welcome Waywayseecappo to town on Saturday evening.
