DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings and Canada's National Ukrainian Festival are officially taking orders for the 2020 Ukrainian Night Jersey which was worn on Saturday January 25th at Credit Union Place!
Both organizations will split the proceeds of the jersey sales this year. The jerseys are a tribute to Canada's National Ukrainian Festival as they host their 55th event this upcoming summer!
For another year, the Kings annual jersey is getting international attention.
"We know as an organization how important Canada's National Ukrainian Festival is to the community and they feel the same about the Dauphin Kings which is why this makes sense from a fundraising perspective for both groups" says Kings Director of Marketing & Media Relations Christian Laughland. "The first year we sold jerseys after the game it raised close $10,000 which is huge."
This year's jerseys will be sold for $199 plus tax, the same price as previous years which is $208.95. Fans will also be able to pick their own number for their jersey.
"We of course want to thank Ryan Rauliuk, his family and Ruff's Furniture for supporting us once again and helping design this year's uniform" Laughland said.
