DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings are through their camp weekend and into the exhibition season following a 4-3 win by Team Barry Trotz over Team Myles Fee Monday afternoon at Credit Union Place.
Team Trotz stormed out to a 3-0 lead with goals from Rylan Gibbs and Cayden Glover (2) before Team Fee stormed back to make it 3-3 in the third period. Jack Bechard and Gabriel Bugeaud (2) had the tallies for Team Fee.
With less than five minutes to play off a faceoff Declan Hoad notched his first of the day to put Team Trotz ahead for good. Team Fee had some close chances late but couldn't find a way to tie things up.
Cole Sheffield and Piet Mierreau took the win between the pipes for Team Trotz while Austin Seibel and Hunter Bauer suffered the loss.
Shots were 28-23 for Team Fee.
The Kings now look forward to the exhibition season which will see them taking part in six games with five of them on home ice, and it all begins tomorrow (Tuesday) when they entertain the Northern Manitoba Blizzard for the first time in their history.

The game originally scheduled for Monday September 9th in Neepawa has been moved to SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 8TH and will happen IN DAUPHIN at 4:00PM. This is due to Neepawa not having ice in time to host any exhibition games with Dauphin.
