DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings are excited to announce another signing for the upcoming 2017-18 MJHL season.
Jaymes Knee (2000) joins the Kings after a very successful season with the Manitoba AAA Midget Hockey League’s Brandon Wheat Kings. In 43 games the feisty 5’8 forward notched 48 points (22G, 26A), putting him third on the team in scoring. He then ended up second on the club in points with five goals and eight assists for 13 points in seven playoff games.
"Jimmy has an elite skill set and should transition into junior hockey seamlessly. He's a player that we've had listed since the age of 15, he's played high level hockey within a great midget program in Brandon and he's ready to take the next step” says Kings Head Coach and General Manager Marc Berry.
The Kings would like to welcome Jaymes and the rest of his family to the City of Sunshine!
Dauphin sees their next exhibition action on Tuesday when they welcome the Neepawa Natives to Credit Union Place (7:30pm)!
