DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings will look to climb the standings when they return from Christmas break in early January.
The Kings are almost in the exact same spot as last season. Their record now is 17-15-5 while their record at this time last year was 18-16-4. Right now they're 7th in the standings.
The January schedule will be an interesting one for the Kings. The club will hit the road for seven contests and have just three on home ice at Credit Union Place. The home games for the Kings in January are the 7th, 17th (Sponsored by Cary Fillion's Twin Motors) and 25th (Ruff's Furniture's Ukrainian Night). The Kings' first game back from the break will be Sunday January 5th in Waywayseecappo.
Fans will have lots to look forward to in 2020 when it comes to the Kings. Out of the 23 contests remaining 10 of them are at Credit Union Place. That includes seven of the team's last 12 games down the stretch.
Other things on the horizon include the Kings Comedy Night in Dauphin. This year Comedy Night features a comedian along with all the other great items that make the night including a top end roast beef supper along with numerous games and auction items! The evening kicks off at 5:30pm. This year tickets are $70.00 or you can get a table of eight for just $500.00, buying a table ensures that you'll be able to sit with friends and gets you your eighth ticket free! Last year the event sold out! OVER 100 TICKETS ALREADY SOLD!

After Comedy Night it's Ruff's Furniture's Ukrainian Night a week later. Ukrainian Night happens on Saturday January 25th at Credit Union Place when the Kings face the Swan Valley Stampeders. Game time is slated for 7:30pm but you know there's always lots of festivities beforehand so don't be late, be early!

The Kings are also pleased to announce they will be once again bringing back their annual Awards Banquet. The Awards Banquet will take place on Monday March 2nd with the venue and time to be announced.
Tickets for the Awards Banquet will go on sale in February!
