DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings will open their annual Fall Camp presented by Smitty's and Super 8 in Dauphin this Friday!

The camp is expected to be a very competitive one with roughly 70 players planned to be in attendance.

"Much like Spring Camp, Fall Camp for the Kings is a pretty quiet economic boost for the City of Dauphin" says Director of Marketing & Media Relations Christian Laughland.

"With roughly 70 players coming to town that means a lot of parents, relatives and players will spend time in Dauphin restaurants, hotels and other establishments" he added.

Fall Camp kicks off with Registration on Friday with the first on ice session happening at 1:00pm. Fans can pick up a schedule on the concourse in the arena all weekend! The club's JoFo Cup (Intrasquad Game) goes down Sunday, 2:00pm at Credit Union Place. It's FREE for fans to attend.

It's a busy week for the Kings. They're also hosting their Hockey School which began on Monday morning. The Hockey School is a big hit in its first year, bringing in just under 70 kids to learn from Kings' players and staff.

Dauphin opens their six game exhibition campaign on Monday September 2nd when they host the Swan Valley Stampeders at Credit Union Place, this will be the first chance for season ticket holders to pick up their tickets.
