Lenchyshyn also spent time with the Lethbridge Huuricanes and the Prince Albert Raiders of the WHL.

Lenchyshyn who hails from Steinbach, MB will be no stranger to the Kings locker room. The former Eastman Select was a teammate of current Kings, Kirklan Lycar, Landon Plett and Kelby Picard. Lenchyshyn and Kings Captain Tyler Garrioch were also teammates with the Steinbach Pistons.

“Lenny is a big body that competes extremely hard.” stated Kings Assistant Coach Marc Berry. “We’ve had interest in him for while now. He’s a young player that already has Major Junior and Junior A experience and we’re looking forward to getting him here and getting him started as a King.”

The Kings would welcome Thomas and his family to the Kings organization.
