Kings Main Camp Concludes With JoFo Cup

DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings are through their camp and heading into the weekend with two games on the horizon.

Friday night saw Team Trotz defeat Team Fee 4-2 in the team's JoFo Cup Intrasquad Game.

In the first period Team Myles Fee jumped out to a two goal lead with Dylan Searles and Shea Chornley both scoring.

The second saw Team Barry Trotz storm back and take a 3-2 advantage heading to the third. First it was Nicholas Zaharias, then Ty Pratte and Ash Mitchelmore rounded things out for the team wearing the blue jerseys Friday evening at Credit Union Place.

The final frame saw no goals until the empty netter from Dylan Miko to seal it. There were lots of chances, especially for Team Fee, but goaltender Carter Sigurdson stood tall and helped secure the win.

Final shots were 35-20 for Team Fee.

Now Dauphin gets set for two exhibition games in two nights with the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League's Yorkton Terriers. They'll host them Saturday night at Credit Union Place with puck drop at 7:00pm. The two teams will meet Sunday in Yorkton.

Season Tickets will be available for pick up at Saturday's game and the cost for walk up tickets is $5.00 for 13 & up while 12 & under are FREE!
