The Manitoba Junior Hockey League has announced its regular season schedule and the Dauphin Kings will kick off the 2016-17 campaign on the road.
The Kings schedule features a two game road swing to open up the year. It all starts Friday September 23rd in Swan River against the Swan Valley Stampeders, opening night for the MJHL. Dauphin then goes north to OCN the next night to battle the Blizzard. The Kings then come home to Credit Union Place for the Dauphin Clinic Pharmacy Home Opener on Friday September 30th against the Swan Valley Stampeders with a 7:30pm puck drop.
All Kings home games this season start at 7:30pm with just three exceptions. All Sunday games at Credit Union Place (3) will be 6:00pm starts. All three of those contests are against the Selkirk Steelers.
In total the Kings will play 29 tilts at Credit Union Place this season.
