DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings will open their annual Main Camp presented by Smitty's, Super 8 & Tourism Dauphin on Thursday September 4th!

The camp is expected to be a very competitive one.

"Much like Spring Camp, Main Camp for the Kings is a pretty quiet economic boost for the Dauphin area" says Director of Business Operations Christian Laughland.

"With roughly 70 players coming to town that means a lot of parents, relatives and players will spend time in Dauphin restaurants, hotels and other establishments both inside the City and in the Rural Municipality" he added.

Main Camp kicks off with Registration on Thursday morning at 11:00am in the Credit Union Place Lobby with the first on ice session happening at 1:00pm. Fans can pick up a full schedule on the concourse in the arena. It will be under the Tourism Dauphin Tent!

THE JOFO CUP Intrasquad Game will happen Friday September 5th with puck drop slated for 7:00pm! This will be FREE for fans to attend!

Dauphin opens their four game exhibition campaign on Saturday September 6th when they host the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League's Yorkton Terriers at Credit Union Place. This will also be the first chance for season ticket holders to pick up their tickets!

Don't forget the KINGS PAR 3 GOLF TOURNAMENT happens on Saturday September 13th at the Gilbert Plains Country Club.
