TONIGHT'S MATCHUP

KINGS (2-1-0-0)

It'll be the final game for the Dauphin Kings at Credit Union Place for the next three weeks tonight. The club doesn't return to action on home ice until Saturday October 18th.

Meanwhile, the club will also get the next 10 days off following tonight's action. They see their next game on October 7th when they visit Swan Valley. So lots will likely change when it comes to the MJHL's West Division Standings, even though it's still very early in the season.

Dauphin got their first Power Play goal Friday night in Neepawa. The goal bumps their percentage up to 14.3% after three games. They killed just one penalty off on Friday and that pushes them up to 80% on the PK.

Nicolas Zaharias and Ethan Stewart both had two points in Neepawa Friday and they both continue to lead the Kings in points this season with five. Each have two goals and three assists.

TITANS (1-3-0-0)

The Neepawa Titans will be hungry for a victory on Saturday night at Credit Union Place. With four games already under their belt a 1-3-0-0 record will need to be improved on if they don't want to fall behind in the standings early in the season.

Neepawa's schedule is not like Dauphin's when it comes to time off. The Titans play tonight and then return to action with a game at home on Wednesday against the Winnipeg Blues. Then they'll visit the Blues on Sunday.

Special Teams, still early to really take into account, have Neepawa with a 14.3% Power Play and a 66.7% Penalty Kill.

Jack Clark is the leading scorer of the Titans coming into tonight's contest. He has two goals and three assists for five points.
