DAUPHIN, MB – The Neepawa Natives saw six players score goals Friday night en route to a 6-1 victory over the Dauphin Kings at Credit Union Place.
In the early stages of the contest it looked like the Kings would be in control when Matthew Greening opened the scoring, but that’s all Dauphin would get with Neepawa notching six after the opening goal.
The game was the final home exhibition contest for Dauphin before the regular season begins next week. The attendance was just over 400. The Kings thank you for the support!
The Kings conclude their exhibition schedule Saturday night in Neepawa against the Natives. The season begins for real next Friday (Sept. 23) when Dauphin heads to Swan River to battle the Stampeders.
