TONIGHT'S MATCH UP

KINGS (9-4-0-0)

The Dauphin Kings will try to end October on a high today when they host Winkler. Almost four weeks ago it was the Flyers who came into Credit Union Place and walked away with two points to start the month.

This is the final affair in a quick two game home stand for the Dauphin Kings. Following today's contest the Kings will once again hit the road next weekend. They'll play games Friday (@ Winnipeg Freeze) and Saturday (@ Selkirk). Dauphin won't be back at Credit Union Place until November 8th.

Dauphin's Power Play enters the game at 22% (6th) while their Penalty Kill is now at 85.4% (3rd).

Cayden Glover failed to keep his goal streak going on Friday but did an assist in Dauphin's win. He's now up to 12 goals and four assists for 16 points on the season.

FLYERS (9-3-0-0)

Like the Dauphin Kings last weekend the Winkler Flyers will come into Credit Union Place on the back end of a three game in three night stretch. Not as much travel as the Kings however, as both Friday and Saturday the Flyers were in Swan River to play the Stampeders.

To probably no one's surprise the Flyers didn't really have any issues with a Swan Valley team that has already pushed themselves out of the playoff picture. The Flyers beat them 9-2 on Friday and 7-4 on Saturday.

Winkler's Special Teams now see themselves at 36.7% on the Power Play, which is first in the MJHL, and 81.1% on the Penalty Kill.

D-man Will Brophy leads the Flyers in points so far this season with three goals and 12 assists for 15.
