Kings Come Back In Overtime Thriller

DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings battled through some late game adversity and sent their fans home happy in a 4-3 overtime win at Credit Union Place Friday night over the Winkler Flyers.

Dauphin never held the lead in the game until it mattered, at the end. Winkler opened the scoring in the first just under five minutes in. The Kings would respond with just over five minutes to go when Nakodan Greyeyes (16) banged home a loose puck on a Kings power play.

With the momentum Dauphin dominated overtime, taking six shots. The final one came off the stick of Cole DeKoninck (12), who tapped in a great pass from Carter Saechuk to end it.
