Kings and Titans clash

For the first time since securing a 6-3 win on September 25, the Dauphin Kings and Neepawa Titans go head-to-head.

Dauphin enters the game on top of the West Division while Neepawa is on the outside of the playoff picture but they’re not far behind. They’re three points behind a playoff spot but they also have three games in hand.

Dauphin won three of the first four meetings between the two clubs and they’re coming off a big weekend sweep against Waywayseecappo. Neepawa; meanwhile, is coming off a weekend sweep against OCN.

Monday’s game is the first of four between the two teams from today until March 5.

Game notes:

  • Dauphin’s lone loss against Neepawa this season was at the Yellowhead Centre on opening night
  • Dauphin has won four straight games on the road and they’ve scored 15 times in the process
  • Neepawa is 11-8-3-1 on home ice this season, Dauphin is 15-6-1
  • Aidan Brook is eligible to return from a two-game suspension
