DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings have added local D-man Sam Swanton (07) and American Forward Parker Brinner (06) as the month of July rolls on.
Swanton, another former Parkland Ranger to join the Dauphin Kings, comes to the club after completing a 39 game season with the Rangers. In that stretch he put up two goals and 14 assists on the back end. He was also the team's Captain in 2023-24 and spent time with the Kings in the latter parts of the year.
"Sam will provide some depth to our returning D core" said Kings Head Coach & General Manager Doug Hedley. "He's a great teammate and a hard worker."
Next is forward Parker Brinner from Centennial, Colorado, USA. Brinner spent the 2023-24 campaign with Regis Jesuit High in the USHS-CO. He potted seven goals and 12 assists for 19 points in 17 games.
"Parker is a skilled forward that we think can add some speed and offence up front" said Doug Hedley.
Dauphin Kings Main Camp kicks off at the end of August.
