DAUPHIN, MB – The Dauphin Kings have committed two players as the month of June draws closer.
Dylan Duzan and Austin Watts both signed Letters of Intent recently.
Duzan (2006), a 5’10” forward out of Moose Jaw Saskatchewan, joins the Kings after putting up 22 goals and 23 assists in 38 affairs with the U18 Moose Jaw Warriors. He added two assist in four playoff games and also captained the group during last year’s campaign.
On the back end Dauphin added Austin Watts (2006) of Medicine Hat, Alberta. The 6’0 product notched a goal and 10 assists in 44 contests with Saskatchewan’s U18 Notre Dame Hounds during the 2023-24 season.
The Kings would like to welcome both Dylan and Austin along with their families to the organization.
In other news, the Manitoba Junior Hockey League is getting set for its Annual General Meeting and Draft next weekend. The AGM weekend goes Friday May 31st and Saturday June 1st in Winnipeg. The stretch will include the league’s scheduling along with Board of Governors, coaches and staff meetings.
