Former King A Stanley Cup Champion

SUNRISE, FLA, USA - For the second time in six years a former Dauphin King is a Stanley Cup Champion.

In 2018 it was Barry Trotz and now in 2024 it's Myles Fee.

Fee, an Assistant & Video Coach for the Florida Panthers, clinched the championship on Monday with his club in a 2-1 game seven victory over the Edmonton Oilers.

Fee played games in four seasons with the Dauphin Kings spanning from 1998 to 2002. After playing hockey he went on to become a coach and work for a number of teams including the New York Rangers, Edmonton Oilers, Buffalo Sabres and Florida Panthers. He also won the American Hockey League's Calder Cup with the Charlotte Checkers in 2019.

Fee took some time the morning after winning the Stanley Cup to talk to Dauphin Kings Director of Business Operations, Christian Laughland, about winning the cup, what's next and the experience overall. Listen to the chat below!
