The 21st Annual Dauphin King’s Par 3 Extravaganza is set to take place on Saturday June 11th, 2022 at the Gilbert Plains Country Club. This golf tournament has historically been a major fundraiser towards the success of the Dauphin Kings. We are asking for your support as a sponsor of this key event!
The last 7 years we have been very successful with teams selling out, new mini-events, and a rainbow auction. With your help, this year, we want to keep the momentum going! Please review our sponsorship packages below. There are some new and exciting opportunities to take note of and we trust one of our packages will meet your needs.
Title Sponsor – $3,000 + GST
• Your business name attached to the tournament & to be used at all mentions of the event.
• Name in all advertising including social media, radio ads, and posters and signage.
• Logo/business name on all score cards.
• Signage throughout the site (including exclusivity in the banquet area).
• Your name/logo on all tent cards to be displayed on all tables during the banquet.
• Your name/logo on the complimentary gift given to each golfer.
• Option to have representation on site the day of the event for promotional purposes.
• 1 team entry (valued at $650)
Platinum Sponsor – $1,200 + GST
• Hole-in-one sponsorship.
• Your signage at the Tee Box of 1 specified hold (sign to be provided by the sponsor).
• Logo/name included in social media and event poster.
• Option to have representation on your Tee Box the day of the event, by way of games, giveaways or other promotional possibilities of your choice. Please advise tournament coordinator what your plans are if you choose this option.
• 1 team entry (valued at $650).
Gold Sponsor – $1,000 + GST
• Closest to the hole sponsor.
• Your signage at the green of 1 specified hole (sign provided by us).
• Logo/name included in social media and event poster.
• 1 team entry (valued at $650).
Silver Sponsor – $600 + GST
• Hole-in-one sponsorship.
• Your signage at the Tee Box of 1 specified hole (sign to be provided by sponsor).
• Logo/name included in social media and event posters.
• Option to have representation on your Tee Box the day of the event, by way of games, giveaways or other promotional possibilities of your choice. Please advise tournament coordinator what your plans are if you choose this option.
Bronze Sponsor – $400 + GST
• Closest to the hole sponsor.
• Your signage at the green of 1 specified hole (sign provided by us).
• Logo/name included in social media and event posters.
Putting Contest Sponsor – $500 + GST (1 ONLY)
• Your signage at the putting green contest.
• Your logo placed on the putting contest prize (shared with King’s logo).
• Logo/name included in social media and event posters.
Putting Contest Sponsor – $500 + GST (1 ONLY) – SOLD OUT
• Your signage at the putting green contest.
• Your logo placed on the putting contest prize (shared with King’s logo).
• Logo/name included in social media and event posters.
$5,000 Putt – $500 + GST (1 ONLY) – SOLD OUT
• Name mentions during the $5000 Putt competition.
• Signage at the Green of the hole (signage supplied by us).
• Logo/name included in social media and event posters.
Golf Cart Sponsors – $1,000 + GST
• A sign with your logo on all golf carts used by teams at the tournament.
• Logo/name included in social media and event posters.
