Graeme Hore has been consistently one of Dauphin’s best players over the last couple of weeks.
He was rewarded this week with two assists but he had a number of chances he just couldn’t capitalize on.
Hore is like most of the Kings right now, he’s been getting a lot of opportunities but has not been able to bury them.
The former Southwest Cougar, who joined the Kings when he was 16, is currently sixth on the club in scoring with three goals and five assists for eight points.
DAUPHIN, MB - The Dauphin Kings will look to rebound from two losses this past weekend when they hit the ice three times in five nights over the next seven days.
In case you missed it the Kings fell 4-2 to the Winkler Flyers at Credit Union Place on Friday. Then showed signs of fatigue in an afternoon contest the next day, losing 4-1 to the Stampeders in the Swan Valley. Dauphin enters this week with a record of 2-13-2 on the season.
This week is a busy one for the Kings. It’ll all kick off on Tuesday when the MJHL club looks for revenge against the Stampeders in Swan River. Opening face off is 7:30pm. After Tuesday the Kings get a day off and then are back at it Thursday when they meet the Virden Oil Capitals for Hero Night at Credit Union Place. Then the week concludes on Saturday when the Kings and Winnipeg Blues quare off for the first time this season in Dauphin. Game time Thursday and Saturday is 7:30pm!

Keaton Leininger continues to quietly going about his business this season.
This past week he picked up three assists and will enter this week on a modest two game point streak.
The 6’3, 190lb forward from Bismark North Dakota is currently second on the Kings in scoring with three goals and seven assists for 10 points.
Keaton spends his time away from the rink taking care of the Kings’ youngest player, Kyle Oleksiuk.
Riese Gaber has been one of Dauphin’s best players since he returned to the lineup in October.
On Friday Gaber added another goal to his regular season total and pushed his season high point streak to six games. Despite a couple great chances on Saturday in Swan River Gaber was unable to hit the score sheet.
The Gilbert Plains forward is currently third on the Kings in scoring with four goals and five assists for nine points. He’s fifth in rookie scoring in the MJHL.
